Amalfi, Positano can be reached by hydrofoil in summer or by car. It’s a tricky narrow winding drive though once you get there. For anyone unaccustomed to Italian drivers and country roads it will prove a little challenging.
Capri is an island and can only be reached by hydrofoil from San Marco or by car and boat from Positano, Sorrento or Naples.
Yes. Several of the beach establishments (Lidos) have their own private parking. Santa Maria has a large parking area to the North of the town and walking through the high street you can reach the two small beaches in the village itself as well as the Lidos beyond after the boardwalk and the Perrotti (Norman) tower.
